After our weekend badminton sessions, Piyush, Sujan, and I, Ekansh, would passionately debate the adoption of AI in businesses. We believed that technology had reached a pivotal moment where AI could automate many tasks that previously required human input, making AI adoption inevitable for companies striving to stay competitive.

However, we identified a significant gap in the market: most off-the-shelf AI tools were not fit for purpose for many enterprises. As we engaged with numerous industry contacts, this perspective was consistently echoed. They were hesitant to adopt generic AI solutions for two primary reasons:

1. Unique Business Processes: Off-the-shelf solutions fail to address the unique processes and business logic that often form the backbone of an organization’s success.​

 

2. Data Privacy Concerns: There was a pervasive apprehension about exposing business-critical data to external platforms.

 

Recognizing this gap, we embarked on a mission to offer bespoke automation as a service, and founded TailorFlowAI with the vision of providing enterprises with AI solutions that are not only tailored to their unique needs but also empower them with a high degree of control and ownership over their data and processes.
